Design Club is a series of workshops for children aged 10-14 to experience and learn about design and technology.
Design and innovation are central to each of our workshops. Project themes cover topics from mechanics and electronics to sustainability and product design. Each workshop is practical. We present a design task then guide the children through discussion, design and manufacture. They experience design and realise their solutions through a model. They see design happening. They experiment. They make. They question. They remake. They come to see themselves as future innovators and problem solvers.
